  1. Gayakwad Job Consultancy charges 8.33% on annual CTC for recruitment.
  2. If the candidate leaves the job within 10 days, the consultancy company will not be
    entitled to any fee in lieu of that candidate.
  3. Bill will be generated immediately after 10 days from the joining date of the candidate.
    Payment needs to be made in the next 10 days via online/check/cash/DD in favor of
    “Gayakwad Job Consultancy” from the generation of the bill or in 20 days of the
    employee joining, or vice versa.
  4. If the candidate leaves the job after 10 days or is terminated by the company,
    Gaikwad Job Consultancy will be fully entitled to recover the fees from the
    company.
  5. In return, the consultancy will provide the company with a 90-day replacement
    guarantee.
  6. If the consultancy bill is not paid by the company within 20 days, the consultancy
    will be fully entitled to take legal action.
  7. All communication between the Gayakwad Job Consultancy & the Incorporates
    shall be confidential.
  8. Once candidate finalized, its incorporate responsibility to share the appointment
    letter to the New Joiner mentioning their terms and condition and salary structure
    on date of joining itself. However, same copy needs to share with us for billing.
  9. Once interview is done its mandatory to share the employee feedback within 48
    hours of interview.
  10. Gayakwad Job Consultancy is liable to provide 90 Days candidate replacement on
    below certain conditions:
  11. If employer found employee is unproductive or unsatisfactory performance in the
    given timeline, so they can terminate his/her job with valid reason and their dues
    need to be clear for the timeline they serve and same to be informed to us.
  12. If employer found any illegal activity from the employee, so employer has the right
    to terminate the job without clearing his/her dues and take legal action also for
    which Gayakwad Job Consultancy is nowhere liable.
  13. Candidate’s Replacement Procedure can only be initiated if the Respective bill
    gets cleared within timeline.
  14. If any Incorporate Rejects a Candidate sent from Gayakwad Job Consultancy then
    again selects him/her without our interference within 1 Year of time period, then in
    that case we have right to take Service charge without falling our timeline of
    generating bill or also have right to take legal action on the condition of breach to
    contract.
  15. Gayakwad Job Consultancy will not liable for any disputes, conflicts and concern
    occur between incorporates and employee during working time period.
  16. This Agreement will be valid for one year. After the completion of One Year, the
    agreement will be automatically renewed with the few new amendments and share
    to Incorporate on Year-on-Year basis, until terminated by either of the parties by
    giving 30 days’ written notice in advance by either party to the other party to this
    agreement.
